【Sommelier’s Notes】On pouring this 2017 reserve you’ll find a core of black plum and blackberry, edged by black pepper, cedar and a tobacco-lead savouriness. Medium-plus tannins remain present but have softened with age; mid-palate shows dark chocolate and dried-herb nuance. Best after about 60 minutes of decanting when the finish opens to reveal persistent spice and savoury length.
【Winemaking & Vineyard】Made from hand-selected parcels, the wine was vinified with careful extraction and matured in oak to build structure and lift secondary spice notes. Vines come from low-yield selections on well-drained slopes, with canopy and yield management focused on flavour concentration.
