品飲筆記:打開瓶塞先是成熟李子、玫瑰花瓣和烤榛果的香氣,接著有紅櫻桃、泥土與一絲煙燻調性。口感飽滿,酸度清爽,單寧細緻但有骨架,帶點微嚼感,餘韻悠長。生產者簡介:吉亞尼·格力亞朶在巴羅洛以傳統與穩健風格著稱,注重園區表現與陳年能力。釀造小記:採長時間浸皮以萃取風味與單寧,經過木桶與瓶陳讓酒體更圓潤並發展出榛果與泥土的次級香氣。葡萄園環境:來自巴羅洛斜坡園地,石灰黏土土壤、晝夜溫差大,有助保留明亮酸度並帶來結構感。建議醒酒1–2小時,既能立刻享用,也有良好陳年潛力。

Tasting note: Aromas of ripe plum, rose petal and toasted hazelnut open the glass, followed by red cherry, savory earth and a hint of tar. On the palate this Barolo shows full body, bright acidity and velvety yet structured tannins that give a lightly chewy, long finish. Ready to enjoy now with decanting but with clear mid-term aging potential. Producer notes: Gianni Gagliardo is a respected Barolo producer known for classical styling — focused on site expression and age-worthy structure. The 2009 vintage reflects careful selection and a balanced approach to oak and maturation. Winemaking notes: Fermentation is traditionally handled with extended maceration to extract ripe phenolics and aromatics; wines receive extended aging in wood followed by bottle rest to harmonize tannins and develop secondary notes of hazelnut and earth. Vineyard notes: Fruit is sourced from hillside sites in the Barolo zone with calcareous-clay soils and strong diurnal range. These conditions help maintain bright acidity while allowing phenolic ripeness, producing wines with aromatic lift, firm backbone and good cellar life. Drinking window: 2015–2030.
