Bright and focused, this Marlborough white opens with vibrant aromas of lime, grapefruit, passion fruit and fresh-cut herbs, backed by a flinty, saline note. On the palate it is zesty and refreshing: lively high acidity drives brisk citrus and tropical fruit flavors, with a grassy thread and a clean, persistent finish. Made for immediacy and food-friendliness, the wine is fermented cool in stainless steel with minimal oak influence and gentle handling to preserve primary aromatics and crispness.
