Tasting note

品飲筆記:酒色深沉,散發成熟黑果、黑櫻桃與黑加侖的濃郁香氣,伴隨雪松木、煙草與淡淡香草氣息。入口結構分明,單寧結實但經過橡木與瓶陳磨合後變得圓潤,酸度提亮整體,尾韻帶辛香與可可感,餘味悠長。 酒莊小記:老梗酒莊為家族經營,專注於以土地與年份為本的釀造方式。園裡採用低產量栽培與人工選果,尊重傳統但也融入現代釀造管理,旨在做出有地域感與陳年潛力的作品。 釀造工藝:人工採收後在不鏽鋼槽溫控發酵以保留果香,經長時間浸皮與乳酸發酵,轉入法國小桶熟陳約12–18個月,讓單寧與橡木香融合,最後瓶陳使口感更圓滑。 葡萄園環境:位於Piave河谷的砂礫與沖積土壤帶,有日夜溫差及海洋調節的氣候優勢。精細的樹冠管理與嚴格篩選讓果實成熟而集中,反映在酒體的層次與清晰度上。喝的時候建議提前醒一小時,更能打開香氣與口感。

Tasting note: Deep ruby with purple edges, the nose opens to concentrated black fruit, black cherry and cassis framed by cedar, tobacco leaf and a hint of sweet vanilla. On the palate it is structured and focused — firm, ripe tannins support layers of dark fruit, baking spice and soft oak, finishing long with a lingering savoury note. Producer notes: From a family-run estate in the Piave DOC, this Riserva is crafted to express regional character with careful selection and extended ageing. The estate focuses on low-intervention viticulture, hand-harvest and traditional cellar techniques to create wines with personality and ageing potential. Winemaking notes: Grapes are hand-picked and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve primary fruit. Extended maceration extracts tannin and colour, followed by malolactic fermentation and 12–18 months ageing in French oak barrels to integrate structure and add spice and vanilla nuance. Final bottle ageing rounds the palate before release. Vineyard notes: Vineyards sit on alluvial and gravelly soils in the Piave valley with good diurnal range and moderating maritime influence. Low yields, canopy management and selective harvesting ensure concentrated, healthy fruit that translates into wines with depth and clarity.
