Bright and approachable, this Piave white opens with citrus zest, green apple and a hint of pear, lifted by white floral notes and a distinct flinty mineral streak. On the palate it’s lively and focused — brisk acidity frames a medium body with fine texture from gentle lees contact. The finish is saline and refreshing, leaving a clean, lingering citrus-almond impression. Winemaking emphasizes freshness: hand-harvested fruit, cool fermentation and stainless steel with brief lees ageing to enhance mouthfeel while keeping the profile clean and direct. Vineyards planted near the Piave river benefit from cool nights and alluvial-calcareous soils that contribute to the wine’s mineral backbone.
