2019 Lapostolle Clos Apalta

這支Clos Apalta顏色深邃,散發濃郁黑李、熟黑櫻桃與乾無花果的果香,伴隨丁香、溫暖香料與淡淡礦物氣息。入口先是濃縮果實的厚度,接著中段變得活潑,酸度帶動整體節奏,單寧豐富但細緻,尾韻悠長且帶些微苦味增添層次。酒莊以El Cóndor山坡選園栽培(海拔185–385公尺,距海約70公里),採有機與生物動力管理,產量不高、人工採收,4–5週手工浸皮、低溫控制發酵並在法國橡木中完成MLF,之後橡木桶陳年24個月,讓結構更圓潤。整體口感飽滿、有力但優雅,配紅肉或陳放同樣精彩。建議醒酒1小時,若喜歡更柔和的單寧可延長醒酒時間。


Deep, concentrated and impeccably crafted, this Clos Apalta shows an intense purple core with violet edges. The bouquet opens with ripe plums, black cherry and dried fig, layered with sweet spices, clove and a hint of graphite. On the palate it starts concentrated then unfurls into a lively mid-palate, supported by refined, well-structured tannins and bright acidity. French oak influence provides spice and gentle toffee notes after 24 months of ageing, while malolactic fermentation in new barrels and a 4–5 week manual maceration lend texture and polish. Sourced from the El Cóndor sites in Apalta (185–385m, 70 km from the sea), the selected hillside parcels are farmed under organic and biodynamic certification with low yields, producing a wine with power, balance and a very long finish. Drink now with an hour’s decant, or cellar for further development through the next decade-plus.

Clos Apalta is the flagship estate of the Bournet – Lapostolle family, renowned for precision hillside farming and high‑end Bordeaux‑style blends from Apalta. The project emphasizes site selection, low yields and handcraft winemaking: extended maceration with manual punch‑downs, fermentations in large French oak vats and barrels, and lengthy barrel ageing. The estate holds organic and biodynamic certifications and pursues environmental standards including ISO 14001 and carbon neutral delivery.
