【Producer & winemaking】Les Fiefs de Lagrange is made from younger blocks of the estate planted on gravel for the firmer sites and clay for the rounder plots. Harvest was carefully staged in 2021, with parcel selection and fermentation at 26–28°C in 102 thermo-regulated vats, followed by malo-lactic co-inoculation and 12 months of oak ageing.
