品飲筆記：初啜有豐富的黑莓、黑櫻桃與李子香，隨之而來的是黑胡椒、乾香草與些許花香。口感濃郁飽滿，黑果果肉感厚實，巧克力與烘烤香料在舌上交織，單寧紮實但細緻，酸度支撐帶動酒體向前，收尾鹹香且綿長。

酒莊與生產：這是一家專注於小量分級出貨的愛比谷小酒莊，重視產地個性與葡萄園管理，挑選老欉或低產區塊，讓果實有更集中、複雜的味道。

釀造工藝：分批小槽發酵，控制浸漬與出渣節奏以保留果香與柔和單寧；於法國橡木桶中熟成，使香草、雪松與烘焙香與果味融合，裝瓶前經適度陳年以平衡整體結構。

Tasting Note: Dense, layered aromatics of blackberry, black cherry and plum are lifted by black pepper, dried herbs and a hint of floral violet. The palate is concentrated and plush, with ripe dark fruit, cocoa and toasted spice wrapped around firm, polished tannins and bright supporting acidity. Oak influence provides cedar and vanilla spice, finishing long, savory and persistent.

Producer Notes: Crafted by a boutique Eden Valley producer known for small-lot, site-driven wines. This vintage reflects focused vineyard selection and a modern but respectful approach to oak and extraction to showcase regional expression.

Winemaking Notes: Hand-harvested parcels were vinified in small batches with careful extraction to preserve fruit purity. The wine saw maturation in seasoned and new French oak to integrate spice and structure, followed by careful blending and bottle ageing before release.
