Tasting note

來自盧切酒莊的代表作，2020 年份散發成熟深色果實與黑莓、黑加侖的香氣，花香與草本氣息在鼻間跳動，接著是可可、皮革與些許石墨的細緻層次。口感飽滿但不笨重，果實濃郁、丹寧緊緻且細緻，帶有絲滑的中段與持久而帶礦感的尾韻。釀造上採用受控溫度發酵、長時間浸皮與在小桶中完成乳酸發酵，後熟約24個月以塑造香料與烘烤感。酒體適合稍微醒一醒再喝，搭配紅肉、燉煮或帶香菇、松露的料理尤其合拍。酒莊本身由佛列斯科巴迪家族領導，注重園區選址與細緻的桶陳管理，田地在托斯卡納典型的丘陵地帶，晝夜溫差與排水良好的土壤幫助果實成熟而保留酸度。

A flagship Tuscan red from the Luce project, this 2020 vintage is richly layered and impeccably made. The bouquet opens with ripe dark berries, cassis and raspberry, lifted by floral and herbal hints, then edged with cocoa, tobacco and graphite. On the palate it shows concentrated, polished fruit framed by firm, fine-grained tannins and a silky midpalate; oak ageing (24 months in barriques, majority new) brings spice, vanilla and dark chocolate complexity without overpowering the fruit. Winemaking is modern and meticulous: temperature-controlled fermentation (<30°C), extended maceration (~4 weeks), malolactic completion in wood and careful élevage produce a structured yet elegant wine with a long, mineral-tinged finish. Best enjoyed after an hour in a decanter and paired with robust, savory dishes.

Luce della Vite was born from a 1990s collaboration between historic Tuscan owners and international partners, conceived to combine the best of territory and modern winemaking. Since the mid-2000s the estate has been guided by the Frescobaldi family, under a clear focus on rigorous vineyard selection, careful fermentation control and extended oak maturation to craft powerful but refined wines.
