品飲筆記:這款酒有深沉的黑色果實與石礫感,為人所愛的是滑順的口感與結實但成熟的單寧,尾韻帶一抹微苦、餘味悠長。酒體飽滿,酸度明亮,喝來既有力量也保有優雅。 釀酒小故事:Luce 起源於90年代由家族與國際釀酒師合作的計畫,現由家族掌舵,追求高雅與層次感。 釀造與陳年:在溫控不鏽鋼發酵,低於30°C,發酵約12天,皮渣浸皮四週;完成乳酸發酵於小桶內,並有約兩年橡木陳年,使香氣與結構更融合。 葡萄園與產地:來自托斯卡尼日夜溫差明顯的園區,日照充足、土壤帶出礦物與果實濃縮度,田間管理重視選果與平衡。 建議醒酒90分鐘,搭配烤羊、紅肉或熟成奶酪最合拍。
Tasting note: A confident Super Tuscan with concentrated dark fruit (blackberry and plum), graphite and mineral thread, wrapped in polished oak spice. The palate is full-bodied and silky, with ripe but firm tannins and lively Tuscan acidity that keeps the wine fresh; a slightly bitter, persistent finish underlines its seriousness.
Producer notes: Luce was born from a collaboration originally led by Frescobaldi and Robert Mondavi; since 2004 leadership has been entrusted to Lamberto Frescobaldi. The estate aims for elegance balanced with power.
Winemaking notes: Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel at under 30°C for about 12 days, followed by four weeks maceration on skins. Malolactic fermentation is completed in barriques, and the wine receives 24 months of ageing in oak, producing integrated spice and structure.
Vineyard notes: Sourced from Tuscan sites that benefit from warm days and cool nights, the vineyards provide ripe, concentrated fruit and natural acidity. Careful canopy management and selection ensure depth and balance in the final blend.
Cellaring & drinking: Drinking window 2025–2036. Best enjoyed after decanting for about 90 minutes if opened young; it will continue to develop with several years of bottle age.
