Pommery Royal Brut is the house's signature non-vintage cuvée, expressing a lively, refined Champagne personality. Sourced from some 40 selected villages across the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and neighbouring areas, the wine is produced by hand-harvested fruit and vinified using the traditional method. It spends several years on the lees, is matured unoaked and disgorged with a restrained Brut dosage (around 9–10 g/L), yielding a clean, approachable style. In the glass it shows a pale yellow hue with faint green highlights and a steady bead of fine mousse. The nose offers floral lift, citrus peel, green apple and gentle honeyed brioche notes. On the palate the wine is elegant and lively — crisp acidity frames a rounded mid-palate with peachy fruit, subtle toasted/biscuit complexity and a delicate creamy texture. The finish is refreshing with a touch of minerality and a pleasing, lingering citrus note. Ideal as an aperitif or to match shellfish, light fish and delicate appetizers.
