The texture is lavish and mouth-coating, with assertive yet polished tannins and a very long, chocolate-tinged finish. Producer notes: From Schrader Cellars’ RBS program and sourced from the famed Beckstoffer To Kalon site in Oakville, this bottling celebrates the individuality of the blocks planted to clones 4, 6 and 337. The estate’s philosophy emphasizes single-vineyard purity and small, collectible production. Winemaking notes: Crafted under Thomas Rivers Brown, the wine was matured in 100% new Darnajou and Taransaud French oak, adding spice, vanilla and structure while preserving concentrated fruit.
