Tasting note

品飲筆記:先是清亮的紅果香,櫻桃、覆盆子與石榴的果味帶著一絲花香與細緻香料感。入口中等酒體,酸度活潑,果味鮮明但不厚重,夾雜著像森林地表的泥土氣息與礦感,單寧柔順、觸感細緻,尾韻偏鹹香、帶回甘。 酒莊與釀造:帕塔樂家族在瑪沙奈經營小型酒莊,以尊重風土、偏向低介入釀造聞名。發酵多採溫和處理以保留果香,使用天然酵母,陳年多在已使用的木桶中完成,重點在於紋理與平衡,而非搶眼的橡木味。整體硫化物使用謹慎,讓酒保有明亮感。 葡萄園環境與口感:葡萄園位於瑪沙奈的丘陵地帶,石灰與黏土混合土壤、日夜溫差大,有助於酸度與香氣保存。酒在口中的質地偏柔滑,酸度提供彈性與清爽感,適合搭配有油脂與香煎、燒烤類的禽類與野味,也能襯托奶香或蘑菇料理的層次。

Tasting Note: Bright, lifted aromas of red cherry, raspberry and a touch of pomegranate lead to floral hints and a faint whisper of spice. On the palate the wine is medium-bodied and energetic — juicy red fruit framed by savory forest-floor notes, a cool mineral thread and silky but present tannins. The finish is savory and persistent with a clean, fresh lift. Producer Notes: From the small, terroir-driven domaine of Sylvain Pataille in Marsannay, Le Chapitre expresses the village’s cool-climate signature: precision, clarity and an understated rusticity. The domaine favors a low-intervention approach that highlights site expression. Winemaking Notes: Fermentation follows gentle extraction to preserve primary fruit and aromatic lift; native yeasts are used and élevage includes time in neutral or well-seasoned oak to add texture rather than overt oakiness. Sulphur is used conservatively and bottling aims to retain freshness and vibrancy. Vineyard Notes: Fruit comes from hillside parcels in Marsannay with a mix of limestone and clay soils, cool nights and a moderated growing season. Low yields and careful canopy work contribute concentration and aromatic purity. Drinking window begins around 2028, with good cellaring potential through the 2030s.
