Tasting note

來自久負盛名酒莊的一款頂級無年份香檳，原料只選自列為頂級（Grands Crus）的優良園地。酒液呈淡黃帶銀光，氣泡細密且長久，入口先是清爽帶勁的檸檬柑橘和青蘋果感，接著慢慢變得圓潤飽滿，白桃蜜餞與烘焙麵包、杏仁的香氣交織，還有一抹微妙的香料和接近海鹽的礦物感。釀造上僅使用頭道壓榨的基酒，採傳統香檳法長時間在瓶中與酒泥陳放超過五年，未經橡木桶熟成，因此保有清晰的酸度與絲滑的口感。整體口感既有活力也帶層次感，奶油般的泡沫與持久餘韻特別適合搭配海鮮、蟹類或質地細緻的前菜。

A prestige non-vintage cuvée from one of Champagne's most respected houses, Prelude Grands Crus is built from an equal blend of wines sourced exclusively from top Grand Cru sites. The colour is pale yellow with silvery highlights and a fine, persistent mousse. Aromatics open on mineral and chalky notes that give way to elderflower, citrus peel and a hint of spicy cinnamon; further depth reveals brioche, toasted almond and gentle honeyed tones. On the palate the attack is fresh and lively—zesty citrus and green apple—then broadens into rounder, silkier flavours of white peach in syrup and pastry richness. Made only from first-press musts and produced by the traditional method, the wine is unoaked and has been aged for over five years on the lees, giving a creamy mousse and layered texture. Dosage is in the Brut range; the result is a joyous balance of freshness, finesse and complexity with a long, savoury finish that makes it superb at the table.
