Producer notes: Hand-harvested from the 'D' single-vineyard site, this bottling is made to showcase site clarity and aromatic lift. The winery bottles under screwcap to preserve freshness and tension. Winemaking notes: Fruit was handled gently and fermented cool to retain primary aromatics and varietal lift. Focus is on purity and balance — minimal intervention, neutral vessels and careful temperature control produce a crisp, textural profile with saline/mineral edges.
