A bright, cool-climate white from Adelaide Hills that balances lively citrus and tropical aromatics with a mineral undercurrent and subtle herbaceous lift. The nose opens with lemon zest, passionfruit hints and floral lift; the palate is crisp and focused, with fine texture from lees contact and a clean, lingering finish. Produced by Two Hands under winemaker Ben Perkins, this release sits in a drinking window of 2022–2025 and shows the house style of purity and regional freshness. Winemaking favors careful handling to preserve aromatic clarity and mouthfeel—gentle pressing, stainless-steel fermentation with measured lees ageing for texture, and precise temperature control to keep the acidity bright. Vineyards in cool, elevated sites of the Adelaide Hills lend cool nights and minerality, allowing the wine to remain refreshing while delivering concentrated flavour.
