Tasting Note: Deep, concentrated aromas of ripe black fruit, dark chocolate and warm spice leap from the glass. On the palate the wine is dense and full-bodied with a plush, velvety texture that still carries firm structure — black fruit and cocoa interlace with a peppery spice and subtle savory oak. The acidity keeps the finish lively and persistent. Producer Notes: Ares represents the estate’s top parcel selection each vintage and is crafted as the pinnacle of the flagship range. Winemaking Notes: Meticulously parcel-selected fruit was matured in oak to add spice and frame the rich fruit core. Vineyard Notes: Sourced from premium Barossa parcels, vines benefit from the region’s warm climate and concentrated berries, managed for intensity and balance by the estate viticulture team.
