品飲筆記：濃郁的黑莓與黑加侖果醬氣息首先跳出，帶著些許黑甘草、濃郁咖啡與隱約的紫羅蘭花香。入口飽滿厚實，黑色果實與香料交織，木質香與細緻單寧讓酒體有很好的支撐，餘韻有嚼感而且持久。 酒莊與釀造：來自Barossa Valley的單一園『Holy Grail』，由雙手酒莊（Two Hands）操刀，釀酒師Ben Perkins與莊主Michael Twelftree攜手經營，田間由Viticulturist Travis Coombe細心管理。葡萄在田裡分區採收，保持果實成熟與新鮮的平衡。 釀造手法：採用小批次發酵與溫和浸皮，保留果香與產區特色；進入木桶陳年以增加香料和結構，但不蓋過果味。整體風格有力量也具備陳年潛力，非常適合搭配濃郁肉類或風味強烈的熟成起司。

Winemaking & vineyard: Small-batch ferments and gentle extraction techniques maintain purity of fruit while building texture. The wine receives maturation in a selection of oak barrels to add spice and complexity without overwhelming the core fruit. The single vineyard sits in the warm Barossa basin with diurnal variation that concentrates flavors while retaining freshness — ideal for producing wines with power, depth and age-worthiness.
