A concentrated Clare Valley expression from Two Hands that opens with waves of jammy raspberry and blueberry, layered with baking spice, vanilla and subtle smoked/umami notes. The palate is full and plush — elevated alcohol brings generous weight while super-ripe tannins and a creamy texture give a slightly sweet impression. Oak influence shows as gentle spice and toast on the mid-palate and finish. Made from single-vineyard fruit managed for concentration, the wine saw careful small-batch fermentation and extended maturation in oak to round the tannins and build depth. Drink now with moderate decanting, or enjoy over the next few years while its fruit remains exuberant.
