A bright, driven dry white from the Mosel with piercing acidity and a mineral spine. Aromas of lime zest, green apple and white stone fruit are laced with subtle floral notes and a gunflint slate character. On the palate it feels focused and energetic — citrus and orchard fruit up front, a chalky mineral core and a saline, lingering finish. Producer notes highlight careful site selection and precise cellar work: fruit from Mosel parcels is handled gently, fermented cool and kept clean to preserve freshness and varietal clarity.
