品飲筆記：香氣帶有梨、白桃與一抹柑橘皮，隨之而來的是烘烤木香、奶油烘焙氣息與淡淡蜂蜜。入口飽滿柔滑，奶油感與鮮明酸度並存，讓酒體豐腴卻不沉重；蘋果甜感、檸檬奶餡與溫暖香料交織，尾韻帶一絲海鹽感，收得乾淨又耐人回味。 酒莊與產區：出自巴凱家族（Famille Paquet）旗下的產區一級田，酒莊注重田間管理與低產量摘採，以求果實集中、風味純淨。 釀造工藝：採人工採收、輕柔壓榨，於木桶中發酵並在酒泥上長時間陳放以增添質地。桶味與乳化感經過精心控制，既帶來奶油與烘焙香，又能保留清爽酸度。 葡萄園環境：取自坡度明顯、石灰質土壤為主的一級園，充足日照與良好排水造就礦物感與結構感。整體風格偏向成熟豐滿，但仍保有產區特有的清晰礦性與優雅。

Tasting note: Bright, ripe orchard and stone fruits open on the nose—pear, white peach and a hint of citrus zest—layered with toasted oak, vanilla brioche and a gentle honeyed note. On the palate the wine is medium‑full and creamy, driven by lively acidity that keeps the richness in check; flavours of baked apple, lemon curd and warm spice lead to a saline, persistent finish. Producer notes: From Famille Paquet’s Premier Cru sites and produced under Domaine des Valanges, this bottling aims for balance between ripe fruit and classic minerality. Vineyards are tended for concentrated fruit and healthy yields. Winemaking notes: Grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed and fermented with careful oak integration. Extended lees aging and judicious use of toasted barrels contribute to the wine’s creamy texture and toasty, nutty notes while preserving freshness.
