2018 Domaine Ramonet Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Boudriottes

The 2018 Domaine Ramonet La Boudriotte is a testament to the finesse of Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru wines. This vintage exudes a buttery complexity with a bouquet of plums, raspberries, and wild berries, elegantly intertwined with floral notes of peonies, zesty orange rind, and a touch of potpourri. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with a velvety texture and a concentrated core of fruit. The lively acidity and youthfully chewy tannins provide structure, making this vintage one of the most exquisite expressions of the cuvée. Enjoy this wine's harmonious balance now or let it evolve gracefully in the cellar.
