品飲感受：第一口就是明亮的橡木香，帶出香草、蜂蜜和柑橘皮的清爽氣息，接著有烤橡木與暖香料慢慢堆疊，口感圓潤帶點奶油感，尾韻焦糖與辛香暖而持久。
釀酒莊介紹：麥卡倫（The Macallan）隸屬Edrington集團，以對木桶的嚴選與細緻管理聞名。和諧系列（Harmony Collection）這支「太陽橡木」主打活潑的橡木表現，讓木質與香氣更為鮮明但不失厚度。
製程小記：以當地農場選購的大麥與純淨泉水釀製，使用精挑的橡木桶熟成，透過調配與短期倉儲策略，刻意突顯明亮的橡木、香草與柑橘特質。裝瓶酒精度為40%，風格容易親近，適合日常品嚐。
田地與原料：雖非葡萄酒，但原料來自蘇格蘭附近農田的大麥與蒸餾廠的泉水，從田間到桶邊的每一步都在影響最終風味。建議先在杯中靜置約十分鐘，讓香味慢慢打開，再細細品味。
Tasting note: Bright, oak-forward and lively. Aromas of citrus zest, vanilla pod and honey lead into toasted oak, warm baking spice and a thread of dried orchard fruit. On the palate it’s rounded and slightly creamy, with caramel and wood spice building to a warm, persistent finish.
Producer notes: Part of The Macallan’s Harmony Collection, 'Vibrant Oak' is an exploration of oak influence — selected casks emphasise a fresher, more vivacious oak character without losing the distillery’s signature richness. The release highlights how oak stewardship shapes aroma and texture.
Production notes: Distilled at The Macallan and matured in carefully chosen oak casks to enhance bright oak, citrus and vanilla-driven notes. Crafted from malted barley and pure local spring water, the whisky is blended and finished to present a balanced, accessible oak expression at 40% ABV.
Vineyard/field notes: While not a wine, the spirit begins with locally sourced barley from Scottish farms and the distillery’s pristine water supply. The interaction between barley, yeast, distillation and the oak casks is what gives this expression its approachable yet distinct oak personality.
Serving: Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open aromatics; allow about 10–20 minutes in the glass for the profile to bloom.
