香氣與口感:五年熟成的加賀梅酒,先是成熟梅與果園甜香撲鼻,接著綻放蜂蜜、杏桃與焦糖的層次,尾韻帶些杏仁與乾果的暖意。入口圓潤綿密,甜度飽滿但不膩,酸度柔和撐起整體結構,收口悠長。

酒莊介紹:由小堀酒造(萬歳樂)釀製,這家有名的釀造廠以清晰的風味和細膩平衡聞名,除了清酒也專注傳統梅酒的製作工藝。

釀造與熟成:以當地精選梅果浸泡於基酒與糖中,靜置熟成五年。長時間熟成讓生果的尖銳感退去,轉成蜂蜜與乾果般的複雜風味,酒體因此更為厚實、口感更顯絲滑。

果園風土:採自加賀地區的梅園,四季分明的氣候有助於累積風味與酸度。人工挑選與傳統浸泡法確保每一瓶都保有地域特色與純淨果香。整體語調輕鬆易懂,適合想體驗日式熟成梅酒風味的飲家。


Tasting note: A rich, five‑year‑aged ume liqueur from Kaga with ripe orchard fruit aromas—honeyed apricot and softened plum—layered with caramel and almond nuances. On the palate it is plush and rounded, the sweetness well‑integrated with a gentle balancing acidity and a smooth, warming finish.

Producer notes: Crafted by Kobori Shuzo under the Manzairaku label, this Umeshu reflects traditional Japanese liqueur making combined with careful ageing. The producer is known for sake and fruit liqueurs that emphasize clarity of flavour and elegant balance.

Winemaking notes: Selected ume fruit are macerated in neutral spirit with sugar and left to mature for five years, allowing the raw fruitiness to mellow into honeyed, dried‑fruit complexity. Slow long ageing integrates tannin and kernel‑like almond notes, producing a viscous, velvety mouthfeel.

Vineyard / orchard notes: Fruit is drawn from the Kaga area’s plum orchards, where cool seasonal cycles help develop aromatic intensity. Hand selection and traditional maceration techniques ensure ripe, aromatic ume are used for prolonged ageing.
