The 2018 Aile d'Argent Blanc du Chateau Mouton Rothschild is a testament to the art of winemaking. This Bordeaux white blend, crafted by the esteemed Philippe Dhalluin, is a symphony of 55% Sauvignon Blanc and 45% Semillon. It presents a luminous hue with green reflections, and a bouquet that bursts with citrus fruit and white peach, underpinned by a subtle minerality. The palate is greeted with a full and ample attack, evolving into a rich tapestry of aniseed and flint, with tropical fruit and spicy ginger and white pepper notes that dance through its smooth texture. The finish is long, elegant, and remarkably fresh, making it a perfect companion to a variety of fresh seafood dishes.
