品飲筆記:寶馬二牌 2013 帶出瑪歌的優雅與鮮明果感:紅色漿果和李子香氣為主,隱約有黑巧克力、煙草與柑橘皮的點綴。口感清爽多汁,酸度活潑,單寧細緻柔順,收結帶些礦質與果尾回甘。 葡萄園與生產:酒款由 Thomas Duroux 主理,Sichel 與 Mähler-Besse 家族共同經營,來自寶馬酒莊位於吉倫德河畔的66公頃礫石土壤。2013 年是多雨與潮濕壓力大的一年,因此在田間與分選上特別費心,才能保留果實的純淨與風格。 釀造與陳年:採收期介於9月27日至10月11日,經嚴格手工篩選後釀造,於橡木桶中熟成以帶出香料與細緻口感,軟木塞封瓶。整體風格不追求過度濃烈,而是強調平衡與可親性,適合現飲也可短期陳放。

Tasting Note: This second wine from Château Palmer offers an elegant Margaux expression — bright red-berry aromas layered with plum, a hint of dark chocolate and tobacco, and subtle orange zest. The palate is juicy and fresh, driven by lively acidity and soft, silky tannins that leave a pleasant, mineral-tinged finish. Producer Notes: Made under the direction of Thomas Duroux and the stewardship of the Sichel and Mähler-Besse families, Alter Ego is selected to respect Château Palmer’s terroir while offering earlier approachability. Winemaking Notes: Grapes were harvested between 27 September and 11 October after a challenging vintage that required careful sorting to avoid botrytis. Fermentation and élevage include oak maturation, delivering gentle spice and polished texture without excessive oak dominance. Bottled with a natural cork closure. Vineyard Notes: Sourced from Château Palmer’s 66 hectares of gravelly soils and grassy rows overlooking the Gironde estuary, the vineyard benefits from a nurturing microclimate. Yield control and meticulous vineyard work contribute to concentration and clarity of fruit even in a tricky year.
