【侍酒師私房筆記】先聞是一陣沉穩的黑果與黑巧克力氣息,接著有些樹皮、海鹽感,把果味撐得更立體。入口中段有微微焦檸的苦香,單寧不是粗礪那種,而是帶塵粉感的緊實感,推進到一個帶礦感、帶鹹味的收尾。建議醒45分鐘,16–18°C 享用,朋友聚會或週末大餐都合適。

【Sommelier's Note】Tasted young but composed: dark-berry core layered with bittersweet cocoa, vine-bark minerality and a faint burnt-lemon note that brightens the mid-palate. Tannins are fine and slightly dusty; the finish is saline and persistent. Decant 30–60 minutes to open the aromatic range — serves well at 16–18°C.
