品飲筆記:第一眼是明亮的柑橘與白花果香,伴隨輕微的烘烤與奶油感,中段帶出桃子與異國水果的香氣,尾段則有烤堅果與香料的悠長餘韻。口感圓潤但不膩,酸度清爽,質地奶油般滑順。 酒莊與生產:力關(Château Lagrange)將梅多克傳統的白酒生產於1996年復興,Les Arums 系列延續這項精神,注重優雅與平衡。現由Suntory擁有,致力以嚴謹選果與分地管理提升品質。 釀造與陳年:採整串輕柔壓榨,冷穩澄後在225L法國橡木桶中發酵,約7個月陳年,其中40%使用新桶;不進行乳酸發酵,保留活力與果香。依品種、地塊與藤齡做批次篩選,保證風土表現。 葡萄園環境:白葡萄園面積約11公頃,分布於Cussac Fort Médoc與Saint-Laurent-de-Médoc,土壤由礫石砂與石灰黏土交錯,帶來細緻的礦感與均衡的結構。飲用建議:開瓶稍微醒30分鐘或直接冷飲,適合搭配油脂魚、烤魚、奶香開胃菜與成熟乳酪。

Tasting Note: Bright and precise on the nose with toasted oak, whipped-cream creaminess, lime and white stone fruits leading to hints of peach and exotic fruit. The palate is savory and richly textured—creamy mid-palate, good freshness and a long, spiced, nutty finish. Producer Notes: Les Arums de Lagrange revives a Médoc tradition of estate white wine production. Produced by Château Lagrange (owned by Suntory), this Bordeaux blanc is crafted to be elegant, well proportioned and ageworthy while staying accessible. Winemaking Notes: Gentle whole-cluster pressing with 12 hours settling, cold fermentation and barrel maturation. Aged seven months in 225L barrels with about 40% new oak; no malolactic fermentation. Parcels are selected by varietal, vine age, terroir and grape maturity to preserve freshness and texture. Vineyard Notes: The small 11-hectare white vineyard lies in Cussac Fort Médoc and Saint-Laurent-de-Médoc on gravelly sandy and limestone-clay soils. These sites deliver a balanced body and mineral framework without excessive acidity. Serving: Slight decant (about 30 minutes) or serve in a large white glass at 10–12°C. Ideal with richer fish dishes, roasted white meats and washed-rind cheeses.

Château Lagrange is a historic Médoc estate that revived its white wine production in 1996 under the Les Arums label. Now owned by Suntory, the property combines classical Médoc terroir with careful vineyard selection and modern cellar techniques to produce elegant, ageworthy Bordeaux blancs.
