Bright and approachable, this Bourgogne Blanc from Chateau de Beru opens with citrus zest and orchard fruit lifted by floral notes. Gentle toasty oak and subtle vanilla give a creamy mid-palate while lively acidity keeps the wine fresh. The finish shows a saline mineral thread and a soft, lingering warmth. Made with careful vineyard selection in classic Burgundy limestone soils, fermentation and aging in a mix of tank and barrel plus lees contact build texture without overwhelming the wine's natural finesse. A versatile bottle for seafood starters, roasted white meats or soft cheeses.
