Tasting note

品飲筆記:酒色深紅帶亮邊緣,先是石榴、成熟李子與紅櫻桃的果香,隨後浮現血橙、紫羅蘭與檀香,底層有煙草與礦物的陳韻。口感中等偏飽滿,酸度鮮明,丹寧柔而有抓感,果肉感飽滿,餘韻帶香料與微巧克力味道,收尾悠長。 酒莊介紹:里卡索利男爵(Barone Ricasoli)世代經營托斯卡尼,CeniPrimo 是酒莊單一園的代表作之一,以展現產區個性與風土細節聞名。 葡萄園與土壤:本款出自阿比亞河谷的古老河階地層(Pliocene–Pleistocene),土壤以粉質淤泥為主,含少量黏土與石灰,養分不豐,讓果實更集中、酸度與礦感明顯。 釀造與陳年:發酵溫度控制在24–27°C,每天打帽;浸皮約14–16天。之後於500公升大桶陳年22個月(30%新桶、70%回次桶),保留果味的純粹同時帶來細緻橡木香。飲用建議先醒約1小時,會更顯層次與柔順。

Tasting note: Deep ruby with a bright rim. Aromas open to pomegranate, plum and red cherry layered with blood orange, violet and warm sandalwood; a sottofondo of tobacco and mineral earth adds complexity. The palate is medium–full, lively with fresh acidity, velvety yet gripping tannins and a juicy, mouth-filling core. Long, savory finish with a hint of cocoa and spice. Producer notes: From Barone Ricasoli’s single-cru Ceniprimo, a Gran Selezione that showcases the estate’s historic parcels in Gaiole in Chianti. Owned by Francesco Ricasoli, the estate blends long tradition with modern precision to express terroir-driven clarity. Vineyard notes: Ceniprimo sits in the great valley of the River Arbia on an ancient Pliocene–Pleistocene river terrace. Soils are silty and relatively poor in organic matter, with clay and traces of limestone — a mix that yields concentrated fruit, clear acidity and pronounced mineral notes. Winemaking notes: Fermented at 24–27°C with daily punch-downs; maceration and fermentation last about 14–16 days. Aged 22 months in 500-litre tonneaux (30% new, 70% second passage), which lends structure and subtle oak spice while preserving varietal purity. Cork closure.
