從 Anthem 園的精選小地塊手摘回來,在酒廠以自然發酵和人工下梗(hand-plunging)慢慢抽出果實精華。先是花瓣、草莓與紅櫻桃的清甜,接著白胡椒與香草木質的點綴,口中帶有粉狀、礦物感的下盤與細緻單寧,餘韻有乾香料與清爽酸度支撐,整體偏精巧、會隨空氣愈來愈開放。

Sommelier's Note: Hand-picked fruit from an older, wind-swept site was transported overnight chilled and vinified in small batches. With half the bunches kept whole and a short cold soak before spontaneous fermentation and gentle hand-plunging, the wine delivers perfumed notes of rose and cherry, a core of red apple and strawberry, then a savoury thread and fine, chalky tannins. French oak seasoning adds subtle spice—not sweetness—framing a medium-bodied, precise palate.
