酒廠與生產：Buffalo Trace 在肯塔基河畔製酒超過兩百年，酒款以昔日野牛走出的路徑與拓荒精神為靈感。蒸餾、陳年與裝瓶皆在自家作業，維持一貫工法與品質。

Tasting Note: Rich amber-gold in the glass, this classic Kentucky straight bourbon opens with warm aromas of vanilla, toffee and caramel, underscored by baking spices and a hint of tobacco. The palate is full and rounded — corn-sweet entry evolves into layers of butterscotch, honeyed dried fruit and toasted oak, finishing with lingering spice and a smooth, slightly leathery warmth.

Producer Notes: Buffalo Trace Distillery has been producing bourbon along the Kentucky River for over two centuries. Their signature expression is a tribute to the historic buffalo paths and the pioneering spirit of early America. Distilled and matured at Buffalo Trace, this whiskey reflects the distillery’s long traditions and award-winning craft.

Distilling & Maturation: Made from a mash of corn, rye and malted barley, the spirit is fermented, distilled and aged in new charred oak barrels housed in century-old brick warehouses. Years of barrel aging in those seasonal warehouses yield concentrated oak influence, caramelised sugars and complex spice notes without losing approachability.

Vineyard / Grain Notes: Sourced from regional grain growers, the corn-forward profile anchors the whiskey with natural sweetness while rye and malted barley contribute spicy and biscuity complexity — a true expression of Kentucky grain and coopering craft.

Serving: Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open aromatics; also a dependable foundation for classics like the Old Fashioned and Manhattan.
