Bunnahabhain 12 Years Single Malt Whisky (50 ml)

A coastal sherry‑kissed classic — approachable yet layered.

【Why choose it?】
1) Double cask maturity (Ex‑Bourbon + Ex‑Sherry) -> harmonious blend of fresh vanilla and rich dried fruit.
2) Non‑chill filtered, natural colour -> full texture and honest expression.
3) Islay provenance with subtle maritime notes -> distinctive coastal personality without overpowering peat.

【Sommelier's Private Note】Pour a measure, give it 10–20 minutes in the glass and notice how bright citrus and vanilla open first, then warm into sultana, hazelnut and toffee. A gentle sea‑salt thread and whisper of smoke keep it grounded — long, slightly salty finish with cocoa and dried fruit echoes.

【Occasion — Hong Kong moments】Perfect as a slow rooftop sip after a harbour dinner, paired with roast goose at a family meal, or as the refined end to a candlelit date with dark chocolate on the side.

【Winemaking / Production Notes】Small batch release, 12 years aged, double matured in bourbon and sherry casks. Non‑chill filtered and natural colour for authentic mouthfeel. Cork closure retains the spirit's character.

【Competitive Edge】Offers many of the classic sherry‑cask signatures found in pricier labels but at an excellent value — maritime charm plus nutty, sherry richness in a dependable core expression.
