Mid‑palate shows caramelised orchard fruit, honey and a sturdy oak spice — pepper and baked cinnamon — carried by a broad, oily body. The cask strength delivers a pleasant heat that rounds into a long, slightly drying finish of toasted oak and lingering sweet spice. Try first neat, then add a few drops of water to coax out citrus and floral lift.
