Sommelier's Notes: On the pour this 2013 shows bright lemon, green pineapple and crisp spiced-apple, layered with toasted almond and clove. Energy is driven by taut acidity rather than sweetness—refreshing, focused and elegant.

Winemaking & Vineyard: Sourced from biodynamically farmed Grand Cru sites (Avize, Oger, Le Mesnil), parcels are vinified in barrel with careful élevage on lees. Demeter-certified fruit, disgorged March 2022 with 3 g/L dosage, allowing primary fruit and terroir expression to remain in front.
