A poised non-vintage Brut from De Sousa & Fils, Brut Tradition shows the house’s clean, mineral-driven style. Aromas of linden blossom and white florals lead to citrus pulp and bright tangerine zest, underscored by a chalky mineral thread. The mousse is fine and persistent; the palate balances a lithe, zesty acidity with a sleek, slightly creamy mid-palate and a saline lift on the finish. Producer & vineyard: De Sousa is a family-run Champagne house notable for its attention to vineyard health and low-intervention farming; this cuvée is produced from fruit grown under biodynamic principles (Demeter certified). The result is a focused, terroir-reflective sparkling wine with freshness and lift. Winemaking: Made by the traditional method with an assemblage that includes reserve wines (≈30%) to add depth and consistency.
