【侍酒師私房筆記】On first pour the bouquet is floral—orange blossom over dark cherry and blueberry, with cedar and gentle spice emerging as it breathes. The palate moves with lively acidity and fine, polished tannins; textured rather than heavy, it feels tensile from entry to finish. It’s an Ausone that smiles first, then reveals depth.

【Winemaking & Vineyard】Hand-picked between 4–11 October at ~27 hl/ha. The team promoted selected young vines into the Grand Vin; ageing in 85% new oak softens previous austerity while preserving energy. Planted on the limestone plateau of Saint-Emilion, the site imparts stony minerality and precise tension.
