【酒莊與田地】
寶雅莊園歷史悠久,位處Saint‑Émilion最高的石灰岩台地,與原屬Magdelaine的頂級地塊合併後,集中最優風土。葡萄園23.5公頃,土壤為台地石灰岩與坡地藍黏土,平均株齡約25年。

【釀造重點】
9月初至中旬採收,雙重篩選,於恆溫混凝土與不鏽鋼槽發酵,採取溫和受浸與可控萃取,最後以法國橡木桶陳放16–18個月(半數新桶),成熟而不厚重。

打開聞到黑櫻桃、李子、紫羅蘭,還有淡淡松露及黑巧克力。入口先是果實豐腴,接著礦感、鹹性和清爽酸度把結構拉直,單寧細緻但有力量,收結漫長且帶石灰韻,醒一下更精彩。

【Producer & Vineyard Notes】
Château Bélair-Monange sits at the highest point of Saint‑Émilion’s limestone plateau. Under JP Moueix ownership the estate was fully restored and merged with neighbouring top parcels, concentrating privileged calcareous sites across 23.5 hectares. Average vine age ~25 years; soils: asteriated limestone on the plateau and blue clay on the slopes.

【Winemaking Notes】
Hand-harvested (8–20 Sept) with optical and manual sorting; fermentations in thermo-regulated concrete and stainless vats with gentle, controlled maceration to preserve purity. Maturation 16–18 months in French oak, 50% new — the result is concentrated fruit framed by precise, polished tannins.

【Sommelier's Notes】
A deep, fragrant bouquet of black cherries, plums, violets, subtle truffle and dark chocolate. The palate is vertical and concentrated — saline, chalky minerality threads through ripe dark fruit while fine, polished tannins give grip without harshness. Bright acidity keeps the long finish energized and focused.
