Tasting note

1959 年龍船呈現成熟而溫潤的波爾多風格:前調以雪茄盒、煙草與老皮革為主,底層有黑醋栗、深色果乾和礫石礦感。口感飽滿,酸度依舊清爽,單寧經年磨合後變得圓潤絲滑,整體帶有乾香料與土壤的鹹香,餘韻悠長。酒莊嚴選山頂優良地塊,採用橡木桶陳年並以軟木塞封存,來自加龍河深礫石土壤的結構感明顯。建議輕柔醒酒 15–30 分鐘以去除沉澱並讓香氣舒展。搭配厚切牛排、烤羔羊或成熟硬質乳酪,最能襯托這支酒的深度與細緻口感。

1959 Château Beychevelle is a mature Saint-Julien claret that exemplifies classic Médoc elegance. On the nose you'll find tertiary aromatics of cigar box, tobacco, cedar and aged leather layered over black cassis and a subtle mineral lift. The palate is full-bodied and bright — acidity still lively, tannins polished and softened by time, offering a velvety texture and savory, earthy complexity. Made from the estate's best plots and aged in oak, this 4ème Grand Cru Classé shows the hallmark structure from deep Garonne gravel soils and rewards measured drinking. A gentle decant of about 30 minutes is recommended to separate sediment and allow aromas to open without stripping delicate tertiary notes. Pair with rich red meats, classic French preparations and matured cheeses to balance the wine's savory depth.
