Tasting note: Pale lemon yellow with lifted notes of green apple, citrus peel and a faint touch of spice and vanilla. The palate is brisk and lean, driven by a lively, stony acidity and clean mineral tones; flavour concentration is moderate and the finish is relatively short and precise.
