品飲筆記:酒體呈現深紅寶石色,香氣以黑果類與成熟李子為主調,伴隨紫羅蘭、煙草與些許香草與烘焙香料。入口果實飽滿但不厚重,酸度清新帶動整體節奏,單寧細緻有層次,收結悠長且帶有礦物與淡淡花香的回味。 酒莊理念:吉斯庫爾坐落瑪歌,長年堅持以細緻與優雅為目標,被形容為「絲絨手套裡的鐵拳」— 硬朗的骨架下藏著細膩的魅力。三座以礫石為主的丘陵混合,正是造就此酒結構和複雜度的關鍵。 葡萄園與釀造:葡萄園生長在加隆河的沖積礫石上,排水良好、土壤貧瘠促使果實集中。採收採取精細分區多次採摘策略,年輕株先入釀以保留明亮果香,老藤則提供厚實度。釀造過程包含人工篩選、去梗、光學分選,尊重的低溫浸皮以提升果香,發酵時溫控與溫和浸出(浸皮35天、28°C),在不銹鋼與混凝土槽完成酒精與乳酸發酵,最後以法國橡木桶陳釀17個月。 飲用建議:年輕時需適度醒酒以舒展香氣(建議60–90分鐘),也非常適合繼續陳放。這是一支兼具氣味層次與口感平衡的瑪歌代表作,配紅肉或熟成起司尤其合拍。

Tasting note: Deep ruby, this Margaux offers a perfumed nose of blackcurrant, black cherry and plum layered with violet, tobacco leaf, cedar and subtle baking spice. On the palate it is concentrated yet elegant — ripe dark fruit framed by lively acidity and silky, refined tannins, finishing long and persistent with earthy and floral echoes. Producer notes: Giscours epitomises Margaux’s ‘an iron fist in a velvet glove’ character: power married to charm. The estate’s three gravel-capped hills are blended to yield wines with structure, complexity and the ability to age gracefully. Vineyard & winemaking: Vineyards sit on alluvial Garonne gravel that drains well, forcing vines to concentrate fruit. Harvesting is precise and intra-plot, with multiple passes to pick young-vine aromatic grapes first and older-vine fruit later for density. Grapes are hand-sorted, de-stemmed and optically sorted. Winemaking includes respectful cold pre-fermentation maceration, low-temperature alcoholic fermentation with gentle extraction (35 days maceration at 28°C), malolactic in vat, and ageing for 17 months in French oak.
