Winery

Château La Lagune(3ème Grand Cru Classé)擁有約80公頃園地,近年由團隊按地塊細分管理,強調對土地與種植者健康的尊重。採用人工三階段加光學挑粒、分地發酵,熟成以法國橡木桶為主(每年換約50%新桶),成熟期多次澄清,以保留細緻的酒泥風味。2013起逐步轉向有機認證,目的就是把這塊砾石土壤的細膩與優雅完整帶入酒裡。

Château La Lagune (3ème Grand Cru Classé) manages some 80 hectares with a long-term focus on environmentally respectful viticulture. Under careful plot selection and manual plus optical sorting, grapes are vinified parcel by parcel. Ageing takes place in French oak barrels with roughly 50% renewed each year; wines are racked several times to refine the lees. The estate began formal organic conversion in 2013 to preserve soils and vine health, which enhances terroir expression in the wines.
