Château Suduiraut — Premier Cru Classé (1855) in Sauternes. Estate wines are crafted from selected parcels on sandy, gravelly soils; harvest ran from 22 September to 9 November with four selective pickings of botrytised berries. Vinification in barrels and ageing for 18 months (50% new barrels, 50% one-vintage barrels) emphasize richness, spice and keeping power. The estate practices hand-crafted vinification at every stage to reveal complexity and long ageing potential.
