品飲筆記:2014 年的莫羅特伯恩·格雷夫一級田成熟而優雅,先以紅櫻桃與覆盆子為主調,隨之而來的是潮濕林地、蘑菇與乾草本的氣息,還有淡淡皮革與香料的點綴。口感偏中等酒體,酸度鮮明,單寧細緻如絲,入口順滑且帶有礦質與鹹鮮的餘韻。生產與釀造:來自莫羅特家族在伯恩的傳統酒莊,葡萄多以人工採收、嚴格篩選,釀造走保守、以表現風土為主的路線,陳年於法國橡木桶但新桶用量克制,保留果香與線條。葡萄園環境:格雷夫一級園位於伯恩附近,石灰黏土土壤、排水良好,產量適中有助於風味集中與礦物感的表現。建議:酒已進入成熟期,開瓶後醒 30–60 分鐘可更顯層次,適合搭配鴨、野味或口味中等的牛排與奶酪。


Tasting note: Mid-aged and elegant, the 2014 Albert Morot Les Grèves opens with lifted aromas of red cherry and raspberry, layered with forest-floor, dried herbs and a faint leather-spice note. On the palate it shows bright acidity and silky, integrated tannins, medium body and a savory, mineral-tinged finish that lingers. Producer notes: From the family domaine of Albert Morot in Beaune, this Premier Cru emphasizes terroir expression and classical Burgundian balance. Winemaking: Hand-harvested fruit is treated with careful sorting, traditional fermentation and maturation in French oak with conservative new-oak influence to preserve freshness and finesse. Vineyard: Les Grèves is a Premier Cru site near Beaune with well-drained limestone-clay soils and a favourable exposure that yields moderate ripeness and clear mineral definition. Drinking: Best enjoyed slightly open; decant for around 45 minutes to reveal secondary aromas and soften mature edges.
