2019 Domaine Amiot Servelle Chambolle Musigny 1er Les Charmes

The 2019 Domaine Amiot-Servelle Les Charmes is a standout Premier Cru from Chambolle-Musigny. This wine is a true reflection of its terroir, offering a complex and mineral nose with ripe aromas. On the palate, it is dense and generous, with strong but refined tannins that add a near-salty hint to the aftertaste. Aged for 18 months in French oak casks, 30% of which are new, this wine is both powerful and elegant. Perfectly balanced, it pairs beautifully with duck breast with cherry sauce, mushroom risotto, roast lamb, and aged cheeses.
