品飲筆記:酒體優雅、線條細緻,前調是紅櫻桃與野草莓的清新果香,伴隨淡淡紫羅蘭與玫瑰花瓣的花香。中段出現森林泥土、細碎礫石的礦感與溫和香料,餘韻長且帶礦性。口感中等偏輕,酸度活潑,單寧細滑,整體平衡且有層次。
酒莊與田間:阿米奧賽維爾由Prune與Antoine家族經營,這款葡萄來自村內多個小地塊(Les Bas-Doix、Les Danguerrins、Les Argillières、Les Drazeys、Aux Croix、Les Clos、Les Bussières、Les Cras)。坡面與土壤種類豐富:崩積礫石、斜積沉積物以及村落下方的巴約西安石灰岩,讓每個地塊都帶出不同的礦感與細微差異。
釀造與陳年:採在最佳成熟期採收,採傳統手法釀造,發酵後去穗(devatting)再調配,約以法國橡木桶陳年18個月,其中20–30%為新桶。這種處理保留了果香的鮮度,同時賦予結構與延展性。

Tasting note: Bright, elegant and finely knit — aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry are lifted by violet and rose petal perfume. Beneath the fruit sits a savory undercurrent of forest floor, gentle spice and crushed-stone minerality that carries through to a long, refined finish. The palate is medium-bodied with lively acidity and polished, fine-grained tannins.
Producer notes: This cuvée is assembled from multiple well-placed parcels around Chambolle-Musigny (Les Bas-Doix, Les Danguerrins, Les Argillières, Les Drazeys, Aux Croix, Les Clos, Les Bussières, Les Cras). The grapes are picked at optimum ripeness and the diversity of soils — screes, colluvial deposits and the Bajocian limestone that underlies the village — contributes to its layered complexity and minerality.
Winemaking notes: The wine was vinified following traditional methods and aged for about 18 months in French oak, 20–30% of which was new. Parcels were fermented and then blended after devatting to preserve freshness and aromatic clarity while building structure and length.
Vineyard notes: Small parcels on gentle slopes produce fruit with aromatic lift and a finely textured tannin profile. Variations in exposure and soil create a mosaic of expressions that the domaine blends to achieve balance and nuance.
Overall: A classic Chambolle that favors elegance over power — ready to enjoy now with moderate decanting but promises rewarding evolution through its drinking window.
