2019 Domaine Amiot Servelle Charmes Chambertin GC

The 2019 Domaine Amiot-Servelle Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru is a testament to the rich heritage of Burgundy's Cote de Nuits. This wine, with its nearly candied bouquet, exudes strong aromas of black fruit, indicative of its prestigious terroir. The small, loose clusters of grapes from this appellation mature with ease, contributing to the wine's notable density. The palate is graced with very rich tannins and a subtle sweetness that lingers mid-palate, creating a harmonious balance. Aged for 18 months in French oak, half of which is new, this wine promises a complex and savory experience.
