品飲筆記:酒色帶深紫,香氣有明顯的薰衣草與紫羅蘭花香,黑櫻桃與李子果實飽滿,紅色漿果點綴其中,並有溫和的胡椒與地中海香草(garrigue)氣息,礦感細緻。口感豐厚而圓潤,質地柔和帶點絲滑感,酸度保持清新,單寧細緻而協調,餘韻綿長且舒展。 酒莊與田間:此酒出自 Anne Gros 與 Jean‑Paul Tollot 的合作,自然以表現 Minervois 風土為主要目標。葡萄園多為面向地中海的石礫與淺層土壤,鄰近矮叢(garrigue)植被,為果實帶來香草與野性氣息。收成以人工採摘與嚴格限產控制品質。 釀造工藝:在酒窖中以溫控發酵與溫和浸皮保留果味純度,陳年以中性容器與稍經過風味的木桶混合,以增添結構與圓潤度而不覆蓋原有香氣。整體釀法強調低干預、保留土壤與氣候的鮮明表現。這是一款即飲也可稍陳的南法紅酒,料理搭配彈性大。

Aromas of lavender and violet are threaded through ripe plum, black cherry and fresh raspberry, while a peppery, garrigue note and fine mineral edge add complexity. The palate shows generous volume and a rounded, velvety texture with lively freshness; gentle spice and harmonious tannins carry through to a long, smooth finish. Producer notes: From the collaboration of Anne Gros & Jean‑Paul Tollot, La Ciaude is crafted to express Minervois terroir with balance and intensity. The domaine focuses on attentive vineyard work and low-yield picks to concentrate flavour. Vineyard & winemaking: Vines sit on Mediterranean-exposed slopes with stony soils and scrubby garrigue nearby, giving the wine its aromatic lift. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented with careful extraction to preserve fruit purity and freshness, then matured briefly in neutral vessels and seasoned oak to add texture without masking the fruit. Minimal intervention in cellar ensures a wine that is both generous and precise — ready to enjoy now but with a few years of development in bottle.
