Bright and refined, this Vosne‑Romanee 1er Cru from Les Petits Monts unfolds with layers of red cherry, wild raspberry and a wash of floral perfume. Secondary notes of forest floor, clove spice and subtle baking spice add complexity. On the palate it shows lively acidity, silky yet present tannins and a medium body framed by gentle oak—polished and persistent. Crafted by a small family domaine, the wine balances youthful energy with premier‑cru concentration; decant for about 45 minutes to let the aromatics open. Ideal with game birds, mushroom dishes and rich poultry preparations.
