品飲筆記:開瓶即是紅果與花香的吸引——紅櫻桃、覆盆子夾帶淡淡玫瑰香,接著轉為溫暖香料與森林地氣,礦物感在尾韻透出。口感中等偏上,酸度清爽,單寧細緻如絲,橡木只作柔化而不壓過果味,尾端帶著鹹香與持久餘韻。 酒莊與田地:貝特朗·Machard de Gramont 在Vosne‑Romanee一帶以傳統而細緻的風格聞名,重視分地管理與低產量栽培。葡萄園多坐落於石灰質與黏土土壤的坡地,老藤比例高,朝向利於成熟與維持酸度的坡向,人工修剪與嚴格篩選是日常工作。 釀造與陳年:人工採收後以溫和手法發酵,避免過度萃取以保留香氣層次。入桶以法國橡木為主,部分新桶用以提供細緻結構,陳年時間適中讓酒體圓潤但仍保有鮮活果味。整體風格走優雅、細膩路線。 品飲建議:建議醒酒約30–60分鐘,15–17°C品飲最為平衡。料理搭配以烤鴨、家禽或帶香菇、松露的菜餚最能互相襯托。

Tasting note: Bright and focused, this Vosne‑Romanee opens with red cherry, raspberry and a perfume of rose petal, then unfurls into warm spice, forest-floor complexity and subtle mineral lift. The palate is medium to medium-plus, with lively acidity, silky fine-grained tannins and an elegant oak frame that supports ripe red fruit through a lingering, savory finish. Producer notes: From Domaine Bertrand Machard de Gramont, this bottling reflects a classic Vosne approach — precise, refined and terroir-driven. The domaine works plot by plot to preserve site character, aiming for low yields and careful selection at harvest to capture purity and balance. Winemaking notes: Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with an emphasis on gentle extraction to retain freshness and aromatic clarity. Aging in French oak barrels (including a portion of younger oak) rounds the texture while preserving the wine's primary fruit and minerality; élevage typically lasts in the low double digits of months to achieve harmony. Vineyard notes: Fruit is sourced from vineyards in and around Vosne‑Romanee, planted on classic limestone-clay soils and benefitting from Cote de Nuits exposures. Old-vine parcels and meticulous canopy work help produce concentrated, balanced grapes that express the village’s signature perfume and structure. Cellaring & service: Approachable now with moderate decanting, the wine will develop additional complexity over the next decade. Serve at 15–17°C after 30–60 minutes of air to reveal its full aromatic range.
